How can I make a booking and how much do I have to pay as a deposit?
GetMeAnApartment offers you the most secure systems so that you can make secure payment of the 25% deposit of your booking. To make payment of your booking deposit, you can do so:
- Online with credit card and via the systems of Mobypay and of PayPal.
- By telephone, calling us at our offices (+34 96 350 4340) where we will take the details to make the reservation. Our office hours are: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00,
and on Saturdays, from 09:00 to 14:00.
- By Fax, sending us the booking form to +34 96 350 4339, receipt of which allows us to make the booking on your behalf.
- By bank transfer, (only for registered users): Send us your bank's proof of transfer made to our account (details of which will be provided when making the booking online).
How can I cancel a booking?
In the case of a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on how far ahead the dates of the reservation are. The 25% advance reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount.
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount.
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount.
From what time will I be able to enter the apartment and at what time will I have to leave?
The check-in at the apartment is guaranteed from 15:00h. If you are estimated to arrive sooner we will strive to allow your check-in to be sooner. Check-ins later than 21:00h will carry a surcharge of 30€. Check-ins are not carried out later than 01:00h.
Check-out is at 11:00h. Should you wish to depart later than this, inform us during the check-in and we will do everything we can to help.
How do I access the apartment?
If you are arriving by aeroplane, once you have landed, you should call us on the contact telephone number provided in your confirmation email so that we can receive you at the apartment. If arriving by road, rail or boat, for the same reason as above, you must call us one hour before your arrival. Check-in later than 21:00h will carry a surcharge of 30€. Check-in cannot be carried out after 01:00h.
Are utilities and VAT included in the price?
Yes, utilities and VAT are included in the price.
When do I have to pay the security bond?
Every apartment has a cash security bond which will be between 150€ and 400€ depending on the type and characteristics of the accommodation. The security bond is paid during the check-in at the apartment and will be returned in full once our representative or the owner has inspected the apartment and confirmed it to be in the same conditions in which it was found at the check-in.
Who do I have to contact if I need help during my stay?

What do I have to do if something breaks in the apartment?
If anything breaks, or if something is not working as it should, call us IMMEDIATELY so that we can help you as soon as possible. Our wish is for you to enjoy your stay in the accommodation and for you to feel at home.
Are pets permitted?
