Every effort has been made to prepare the residence for you to ensure that you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible during your stay; think of the following guests and treat the apartment with care so that it is left just as you found it, and so that they may also enjoy the apartment as much as you have.
To confirm your reservation we will always require an advance payment of 25% of the rental cost.
Payment of your reservation deposit can be made with credit/debit card online, by telephone (+34 96 350 4340), by bank transfer (faxing the proof of transfer to +34 96 350 4339). The amount transferred and received in our bank account must be the NET amount excluding any internal charges applied by your bank. The remaining amount of the rental is paid during the check-in at the apartment.
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until GetMeAnApartment has received the pre-payment amount in full and you have received a confirmation email from GetMeAnApartment, which in the case of credit card bookings will arrive IMMEDIATELY.
Every apartment has a cash security bond which will be between 150€ and 400€ depending on the type and characteristics of the accommodation. The security bond is paid during the check-in at the apartment and will be returned in full once our representative or the owner has inspected the apartment and confirmed it to be in the same conditions in which it was found at the check-in.
The cost of the service of cleaning and laundry applicable for the preperation of the apartment will vary depending on the apartment. This amount is to be paid in cash during the check-in.
All of the prices are in Euros and include Spanish VAT (IVA).
Use of utilities are included in the price.
The minimum stay in the majority of the apartments is of 3 nights. GetMeAnApartment reserves the right to request full payment in advance for bookings during special events.
In the case of a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on how far ahead the dates of the reservation are. Please note that the 25% advance reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount.
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount.
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount.
We strongly recommend that the guest purchases travel cancellation insurance to cover the eventuality of being forced to make a cancellation.
In the event that the guest changes the dates, this will constitute a new reservation and shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Should GetMeAnApartment be unable to accommodate the guest in the apartment he has booked, they reserve the right to accommodate him in an apartment of similar characteristics.
Should GetMeAnApartment not be able to accommodate the guest, and no recourse or agreement can be reached, in such an event, the guest will be refunded all monies paid for rental, cleaning fee and security bond (except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used, if that is the case).
Check-in at the apartment is guaranteed from 15:00h. If you are arriving earlier than 15:00h, let us know with as much notice as possible and we will do everything possible to help.
Arrivals later than 21:00h carry a surcharge of 30€. Check-in cannot be done later than 01:00h.
Check-out is at 11:00h. Should you wish to depart later than this, inform us during the check-in and we will do everything we can to help.

The principal guest, (in the name of whom the reservations was made), must be aged 18 years or over and must be the person who actually uses the accommodation. At the time of making the reservation you must specify the number of persons who will have use of the apartment. The number of persons given at the time of the reservation must be the same as that actually occupying the apartment. Each apartment has a given capacity that must never be exceeded (except in the case of children under 4 years).
The principal guest who makes the booking and who signs the documents at the check-in is personally responsible for the behaviour of all of the guests that accompany him/her.
The guests are obliged not to undertake any activities in the accommodation which could cause upset to the neighbours.
GetMeAnApartment reserves the right to refuse admission, and in the case of public scandal or inappropriate conduct, which disturbs the peace and dwelling in the building, can remove the occupier and take such measures as may be necessary. This would also result in the loss of paid rental and of the security bond without any right of compensation.
Respect the neighbours by keeping noise levels down, not just in the flat but also in the stairwells. The neighbours are not on holiday, they are normal working people who may need to get up early and go to bed early.
The working norms of the proprietor's committee for the building, in which the accommodation is located, are to be respected, as well as the proper use of the common elements and fittings of the building.
No parties are allowed to be held in the apartments, they are strictly forbidden.
Please don't smoke in the apartment, use the terrace or balcony.
The client expressly recognises that the contracted accommodation does not constitute, nor will it constitute, their habitual dwelling, their sole right being to use the same for the agreed period.
GetMeAnApartment accepts no liability for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused to the guests, however caused, directly or indirectly or by any event. Nor is any responsibility taken for the loss or theft of the guests personal property left on or near the premises.
HOUSE RULES
Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 22:00 and 10:00.
During your stay in the apartment help to save energy by assuring that the air-conditioning and the lights are switched off when you go out.
During your stay empty the rubbish daily in the rubbish containers located in the street.
Always fully lock the main door of the apartment using the key, when going out.
In compliance with the obligations deriving from the statutory law 15/1999, of the 13th December of the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data, as well as all data necessary, to facilitate the delivery of the contracted service, will be included in a file, properly notified to the Spanish Agency for Protection of Data (AEPD), and for which ESTELLES BARBIEUX ASOCIADOS S.L. is responsible. The purpose of said collection of data is to formalize and manage our services satisfactorily. In accordance with the aforementioned law, you are able to exercise the right of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition, communicating to ESTELLES BARBIEUX ASOCIADOS S.L. C/ Conde de Altea, 39, 2º-3ª - 46005 Valencia, providing accreditation of your identity by means of a photocopy of your passport or identity card together with the application for exercising of said right.
GetMeAnApartment reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required to and as may be in line with the company's business. The onus is placed on all parties, using the site, to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes. GetMeAnApartment reserves the right to modify rates and prices, photographs and descriptions presented on its website at any time; GetMeAnApartment is not responsible for and nor does it guarantee the capacity or suitability of any service or product advertised on its website.
