In the Pepita apartment you will enjoy the perfect location to access the unique Turia river garden, the only river bed in the world that has been converted into a park that stretches all the way to the City of Arts and Sciences at the coastal end, and to the BioParc at the inland end. Down in the old riverbed you will be able to enjoy a pleasant walk, a run or a cycle, stop off at one of the cafes, utilize the playgrounds or even keep fit at the open air gym.
Your apartment also provides you with convenient access to the Old Town of Valencia simply by crossing the bridge over the river where you will arrive at the impressive Serranos Towers through which the Old Town awaits you.
In this area you will find one of the largest selections of restaurants, tapas and bars that Valencia has to offer, for instance taking the first right brings you to Calle Roteros which offers you a number of good places such as "Santa Campaña". Or continuing straight on from the towers, taking the right fork along Calle Serranos you will arrive at the corner of Calle Caballeros where there are many tapas, bars and restaurants such as "Tasca Angel" (Calle Purísima) or "La Taberna de Marisa" (Calle Caballeros).

Take Red Line 3 in direction AEROPORT for 2 stops (4 mins). Change at Alameda station to Green Line 5. Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 3 stops (7 mins). Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).
