The bathroom with walk-in shower is also located on this floor. Climbing a small staircase the third twin bedroom is encountered on the third floor under a slanted rooftop ceiling. Staying at the Lonja III apartment in Valencia you will enjoy a privileged location in the famous El Carmen zone where you will encounter all the historic sites within short walks from the apartment, such as the cathedral, the Quart and Serranos Gates, the Central Market, the Lonja de la Seda and the City Square all of which lie within a maximum ten minute walk. Of course the impressive gothic 15th century Lonja building after which the apartment is named lies virtually at the end of the road.
You can also take advantage of the apartment's proximity to the incredible Central Market thought of by some as the jewel of Valencia where you will be able to buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish or any other food related item from a mouth watering array of stalls and you will be able to fulfill absolutely any culinary plans that you may have.
You will also be able to reach the green river bed of the Turia after a ten minute walk, the world's only river bed turned public garden where you can indulge in a pleasant cycle or stroll along its ten kilometre length.
Surrouding the Lonja III apartment you will find one of Valencia's largest and most varied concentrations of restaurants, tapas and bars, which El Carmen is famous for. How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES
METRO: Walk 14 mins (1.2 Km) to metro Colón (Lines 3 & 5, Calle del Cristóbal Colón). Take Green Line 5 in direction Marítim Serrería for 4 stops. Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).
BUS: Walk 5 mins to the bus stop at the beginning of the Avenida Baron de Carcer on the other side of the Central Market from the apartment and take Line 81 for 6 stops. Alight at the "Palau de Justícia - Glorieta" stop. Walk for 200 metres to the "Navarro Reverter - Gravador" stop and take the line 95 for 8 stops. Alight at the "Museu de les Ciencies" stop.
How to get to: BEACH
METRO: Walk 12 mins (1 Km) to tram station Pont de Fusta (Line 4) (located by the Puente de Serranos). Take the tram on line 4 in direction DR LLUCH for 10 stops (18 mins). Alight at Les Arenes station.
BUS: Walk 8 mins (700 m) to the bus stop for line 4 in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Square). Take line 4 for 13 stops. Alight at the stop "Port - Joan Josep Sister". Walk 15 mins (1.2 Km) to Las Arenas beach.
