The Canarias apartment is an absolutely fabulous place where you can pass your time in Valencia in total comfort, with plenty of space to stretch your legs, and where you can even immerse yourself in the jacuzzi on the apartments ample terrace.
You will feel immediately at home in this tasteful, well equipped and thoroughly unique apartment. The apartment is the perfect home for groups as there is capacity for up to ten persons who can sleep across four bedrooms and a very large sofa bed. You can take advantage of the outside space to have a barbecue and soak up the sun, or lower the awnings to relax in the cool shade with a cocktail.
The apartment is a duplex on the top floor of a very smart new building with two lifts and which faces onto a nice public park with a playground. Inside the apartment on its lower floor you encounter a large living - dining room with a very big and comfortable sofa and a very high ceiling that stretches all the way up to the height of the upper floor of the apartment, providing a wonderful spacious feeling.
The fully equipped kitchen, both bathrooms, and two bedrooms are also to be found on this floor. The kitchen really lacks nothing that you could require, whatever your eating plans may be. Both of the bathrooms in the apartment are complete with bath, shower and hairdryer so you will not be limited even though you may be a large group. What could be referred to as the principal bedroom is located on this floor where you can enjoy a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a small private balcony, and one of the afore-mentioned bathrooms en-suite. The other bedroom on the lower floor is the twin bedroom of the apartment where friends or children can sleep separately.
Going to the upper floor of the apartment you will find a space that is divided into two sleeping areas and a chill out zone. You can relax and stretch out on the cushions listening to music from the sound system in the corner, and can view the small external "zen garden". The two sleeping areas are separated using an original system of blue, yellow and green blinds that hang from floor to ceiling and which allow you to adjust them any which way you like, so that you can have the room completely open or completely closed off, or anything in between (please see photos 18, 19, 21, 22 & 23 in the full selection).
You can't fail to feel relaxed and positive in this apartment, where everything is colourful, light and spacious. Whatever you want to do in Valencia, the Canarias apartment is well located because it is both a short distance from the city centre and the city beach and port. You can easily arrive at either, using the buses which pass by just a few metres from the door of the apartment, by taxi or even by walking.
Staying in the Canarias apartment, you will also appreciate the proximity of the City of Arts and Sciences and the Turia river garden, where you can enjoy cycling or strolling into town along the beautiful sunken route. Formula 1 fans will also find the location very convenient for the European Grand Prix street circuit.
A great tip for anyone who is a fish or seafood lover, is the very well known and respected restaurant "Bolos" that is just across the road from the apartment and where, for a reasonable price, you can enjoy some of the finest seafood in Valencia.
